„Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! “

„Scammers...nothing like the pictures shown. Unhabitable place and expedia cant do anything which is worse. They make property non refundable for a reason...stains everywhere and ripped linens. Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. Expedia cant do anything about it because property doesnt want to refund even tho i DID NOT even check in and stayed. I went a night prior directly ...

„There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. “
