„Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen, denn es handelte sich um eine Ferienanlage und nicht um eine stillvolle Cabaña mit besonderer Atmosphäre wie wir es aufgrund der Fotos erhofft hatten. Kinderprogramm und Aktivitäten auf dem See gibt es nur am Wochende, so dass wir auf dem Gelände nur Minigolf hätten spielen können (Aufpreis von 5 USD pro Person). Frühstück war auch nicht im Preis mitinbegriffen, wir hatten dies allerdings bei der Buchung übersehen, da wir bei unseren Reisen ...

„Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice ...
