„This experience was by far the worst we have encountered with VRBO. We should have known it would be a disaster when we didn't receive any advance check-in info. Check-in was listed at 4pm. At 2pm, I hadn't received any info for check-in. I messaged the owner multiple times asking how to access the property. He finally responded but assumed I was another person who had stayed there previously. His response indicated I should do "just like before". After explaining I didn't know what he meant & ...
