„Our five night stay at this wonderful home on Cayuga Lake was outstanding. The property is clearly a 10! The home is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, extremely clean, and so comfortable. „Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer unangekündigt nass gereinigt. Der Boden war feucht, als wir am Abend ins Zimmer kamen, die Koffer wurden auf das Bett gelegt und es roch unerträglich. Das Personal der Rezeption hat schulterzuckend auf unsere Beschwerde wegen des nassen Bodens reagiert. Es wird ausschließlich Plastikbesteck und -geschirr verwendet. Nicht zeitgemäß! “
