„Hotel has a very nice view, but you need to get a Superior room to experience it fully. Swimming pool is good with nearly infinity effect. Service and food is terrible. They refused to provide Ala carte menu if the buffet is open, so no room service if the buffet is open!!! Buffet is not worth the price we paid. Poor maintenance. Visitors are usually large groups, so hotel is bit loud, specially in pool area. The hotel is good for a group hangout, but not recommended for a romantic or quiet ...

„Do not do business with this hotel. This hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me before my stay. They overbooked the entire hotel and had no more rooms left even after having a booking confirmation number and payment. They also wouldn't refund me even after I wasn't able to stay there. It took 3 weeks to get my money back after many calls with them. I wouldn't ever stay here. There is however a bungalow house nearby that I'd absolutely recommend instead of this hotel. “

After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. “

„Very idyllic & modern property in the middle of the Jungle. Outstanding Sri Lankan food & great hotel stuff, which was very helpful during our stay. Indunil and the manager took personal interest in taking care of our every need. Our room was exquisite and the waterfall nearby is spectacular.“
