This beautiful villa distributed on one floor with private pool, is located in a very quiet area with independent entrance, a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the centre of the island and Caleta de Fuste. It is ideal for families, groups of friends, couples and business trips, as it has a capacity for 6 people, Wifi Internet and a desk, designed for teleworking. The house is very spacious and has a cosy decoration, large terrace and garden areas surrounding the house, where you can relax and have lunch in the open air, with solarium and private swimming pool. With 2 double bedrooms, the main one with king size bed and the other one with queen size bed, 2 complete bathrooms with shower distributed among the different rooms of the house. It has two cosy living rooms where you can relax, sofa-bed, direct access to the large terrace of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. It has all the comforts, several fans and televisions with international channels.

It has a privileged location, halfway between the north and the south of the island, with good communication with the motorway to visit other areas comfortably. It is also located just a few minutes' drive from the airport and Puerto del Rosario.
