"This property has no atmosphere. The staff, while not unfriendly, certainly don't make you feel welcome. When this was the Montanus Hof Hotel it was several levels above. The breakfast is a very basic buffet, and I never saw anyone having a drink at the bar. Convenience for the shops and for work is the only reason I continue to se it "

"Really good sized room and bathroom. Close to town centre and railway station (though the trains were always late). Dont really see staff other than check in. Room is only cleaned if you request it,which was fine but perhaps could empty rubbish bins daily?? The town itself is peaceful and quaint yet only two stops from the buzz of Koln on the train."

"Hotel was fine, clean enough and had everything I needed. But I stayed over a few hot days, lack of AC meant leaving the windows open. This meant my room smelt like cigarettes from the restaurant below and there's no chance of sleeping before 11 because of the loud people."

"Die Lage des Hotel ist am Stadtrand und etwas versteckt. Direkt an einer Eisenbahntrasse aber ich habe hier schon zweimal übernchtewt und habe die Züge nie wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel 15-30m vom Haus entfernt - alles dehr dunkel in der Nacht - ggf. könnte es sich unsicher für Frau sein oder sich so anfühlen. Badezimmer klein aber praktisch könnte herausfordernd sein für 'beleibte' Menschen. Toilettenartikel sind auch nicht schlecht. Jedoch nur 1 Duschhandtuch...
