„Although the house was small, it was just right for the two of us. It was super clean, nicely decorated with modern furniture and finishes, and most importantly, close to the beach. Our only complaints are that the beds were full-size instead of queen or king, and the furnace/air conditioning was a little loud in the bedroom. „We had a wonderful time for our 4th annual girls trip to Oak Island! The condo was spacious, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked, comfortable and clean! The location was perfect with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Public beach access was just a few steps away! We will definitely be back!! “

„From the cute beach bungalow feeling upon entry to the dog friendly set up, Sandy Paws is the perfect home base for a beach getaway with kids, dogs or both. The house is well kept & homey. There are even games should your stay have a rainy day. The kitchen has ample pots & pans, plates & cups. The back yard is perfect for relaxing or grilling a burger or steak on the provided grill while the dogs play tug o war or enjoy some zoomies. Highly recommend & look forward ti our next stay.“

„Excellent owner communication and response. The place is clean and as advertised it does show some signs of age, but everything was clean and in working order. The views of the ocean from both the patio and the living room are great. With the slider open you can hear the waves crashing in the living room. Everything you need is just minutes away. „We spent Thanksgiving at this lovely property. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, there are close by grocery and seafood shops and the communications with the owner were pleasant and prompt. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well provisioned and easy to work in. We would happily rent this property again!“
