„I grew up on NW 14th St on Oak Island. I have been back visiting family in order to help grieve a lost family member, and needed a separate space for a few days. Given that I could stay with family for free, I wanted something that was reasonably priced but still felt like luxury, and this spot is it. Only a half mile walk to the beach, and I used to walk a mile growing up on 14th. „The Sunset Inn was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. From the screened in porch overlooking the marsh, we watched the sun rise and sunset. Very good coffee available in the morning as well as coffee maker in the room. Tasty breakfasts. Temperature control was easy, heating and cooling. Nice walk to beach.
