„Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise ...

„It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit“

„This place was soo pretty! Very modern and close to the beach. If you are going with a big group the rooms beds are great, but the sofa/bed is the size of a Full bed or smaller incase you are expecting it to be close to a queen size mattress. Overall the place was great for 7 people.“

„This hotel is extremely nice. New, modern, and very clean. There's a fantastic rooftop terrace with comfortable seating firepits, propane heaters, TV's and a BBQ. The free breakfast was a shocker. A sous chef is there to cook your breakfast to order. Coffee, tea, juice, cereal, danishes, and fresh fruit are available as well. Only a few blocks to the Melecón boardwalk. Will definitely stay again!! “
