„We stayed at this property and tried to communicate with the property management several times with no response. The room was in poor condition. The door appeared to be kicked in tiles were missing. There was broken glass in the room when we checked in. Was definitely not worth the money that we paid as it was equivalent to a Holiday Inn in America.“

„Absolutely beautiful! The beach was right outside the door and the view from the condo was amazing! We cooled down in the pool each night after a long day in the sun. Bill was extremely helpful, giving us great advice for our first trip to Rocky Point! He was so responsive during our time there, hands down will book this condo again!“

„When arriving even though I arrived late in coming to the front office the next morning to check in unfortunately didn’t really get a warm welcome and we did not get any instructions on how the amenities work for the property; that we had amenities at another hotel; how does that work hours of operation anything like that. „The listing is accurate. Host is very easy to communicate with and responds within minutes. Home was clean and perfect for a large family. Neighborhood is gated and quiet. Less than a 5 minute walk from front door to beach. Beach is quiet and clean. Property is about 20 minutes from city-center, but easily accessible. “

„Clean and comfort condo with gorgeous views and property but barely stocked. Kitchen had minimal cooking supplies. They gave you two trash bags and half a roll of paper towels, which doesn’t last for a longer stay. Nothing stocked like salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook while at this condo bring everything you need or plan to buy in town, which is 20 minutes away. They give you 5 towels for both beach and shower use. For a family of 4, we had to avoid using them at the beach in order to ...
