„The photos already show the apartment. The big table, the big gas stove, the rooms. Everything is there to feel comfortable. What could be improved is that the number of plates is doubled and enough cutlery is provided. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and peaceful. The residents look at you with interest. We had a lovely, relaxing week in the apartment.“

„We had a wonderful November week in NYC thanks also to this characteristic little brownstone apartment, located near the strategic 125th subway stop, so it was possible to get back and forth several times in a day. Cozy and comfortable for 2 people, overlooking the inner courtyard, very quiet and with small kitchen where you can prepare your breakfast and some hot food. Be sure to visit the neighborhood, with some nice walks to the North and West! “

„I was very happy with our stay at this property. The room was clean and cozy. The Lobby, sitting area and outside of the building was clean. The host was attentive with responses and giving check in information. The location was absolutely amazing and perfect so many nice places within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. “

„On the listing it said this room would sleep 6, but it really only sleeps 2. I spoke with the property manager and he said he would lay down a mattress (there were 4 of us) and when we got there they refused to do that. We were forced to book a 2nd room. “

„Large brownstone divided in half. One side for owners other side for guests. 6 small guest rooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Heaters in each room that were sufficient during the extremely cold weather. Lots of art work decorating the rooms and halls. Very tiny bathrooms. Dreary interior could be vastly improved with table lamps Great deli on the nearby corner and great restaurant. Pita Point and Good Friends Deli. Grinstead of the overhead lighting.“

„From start to finish we had an excellent one-month stay in this beautiful expansive home. The owner was prompt and professional with all of our questions and requests and went out of the way to ensure our comfort. The home itself was immaculately handed over to us, stocked with linens, towels and kitchen materials. It is an older property, but does not lack in cleanliness and all appliances and bathrooms were in perfect order. We cooked many meals in the large kitchen and a large group of 7 ...

„I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.“

„The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars.“

„Das Apartment war ausreichen groß mit Kochnische und sauber. Leider ist selbst im 12. Stock noch relativ viel Straßenlärm zu hören weil die Fenster nicht schalldicht sind, mich hat es weniger gestört sollte aber erwähnt werden. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich der Check in und Check out auch unkompliziert und einfach. Und die Lage vom Hotel fast unschlagbar 300m Bis zum Time Square und noch kürzer bis zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Meinen nächsten Aufenthalt ...

„Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, hatte aber alles was wir brauchten. Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein. Die Heizung war sehr laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem super weiter. “

Home2 Suites By Hilton New York Times Square

"Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Es liegt direkt neben dem Times Square, wodurch man sehr schnell an der nächsten Metro-Station ist. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein für drei Personen, aber ausreichend und mit einem Kühlschrank und ein paar Küchenutensilien gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gut isoliert, so dass man vom Lärm der Stadt nicht viel hört. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend , manchmal ziemlich voll, so dass man kurz auf einen freien Tisch warten muss. Wir haben aber nie länger als 5 Minuten gewartet. Viele schimpfen über die Aufzüge, aber auch hier mussten wir nur einmal etwas länger warten, weil eine sehr große Gruppe angereist ist und dann natürlich bei nur 5 Aufzügen Wartezeiten nötig sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ausgezeichnet. Wer an mancher Stelle ein bisschen Geduld mitbringt und freundlich mit den ebenfalls sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern umgeht, wird hier einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt haben. "

Super zentrales Hotel, alles wie gebucht

"Das Hotel war wie gebucht. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Stockbett gebucht. Es war klein aber fein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war in einem guten Zustand. Zimmerservice/Reinigung wurde täglich und sehr gut durchgeführt. Der Check In war ohne Probleme und die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir durften durch Krankheit auch etwas länger bleiben und sind der Rezeption und den Mitarbeitern sehr dankbar. "
