First of all, they did not send the entry code until an hour after the check in time. The Tesla charger was not functioning and never got anyone to come look at it, even after being told someone would be out at least five times.“

„Plenty of space, nice secluded location from fishing village. Close to beach, right before bridge. Road/drainage construction currently. House itself only one con: alarm system on patio door. Makes inconvenient to use upper patio.“

„We entered the property no problem. Appeared clean and lovely. Close to everything for us. Only one problem. My teens stayed in the second bedroom and started noticing bug bites. I don’t want to accuse or assume anything, but the bites are in threes which could possibly be bed bugs. Just thought someone might want to look into it. My husband and I had no problems in the master bedroom. Thanks“

""We got you!" was the welcoming reply to my - at times very individual mom-travelling-with-two-kids - questions upon our arrival and it persisted as the Island Grand at TradeWinds' wonderful agenda for our whole stay: Everything was being cared for - from the perfect "organize your own home" room amenities, over the fantastic bars & restaurants on location, to the great fun for kids & adults alike on the water slide, the zip line & the wonderful beach with its comfortable cabanas. I will never forget how the whole lobby (guests & staff) applauded when I was so happy that Josh (I hope I remember your name correctly :)) returned my wallet that I had left on the counter. Thanks a million Island Grand at TradeWinds for these fantastic gulf coast memories - we cannot wait to be back at this perfect family location!"
