„Hotel is clean and the romms are fine - food is resly good and the service is great. But, on the way to the hotel it is like to feel in a big garbsge place / everywhere you look outside you can ser plastic bottles , trash bags - and the worstest is, micropladtic on the beach. Sorry, but the area need deepcleaning - and a penalty to the lokal goverment regarding the environmental pollution to everyone using the sea - no way to go for a swim into this area wirh optical microplastic everywhere.“

„Room is far from reception, hotel provides golf car service but could not call for golf car because phone and internet were down for more three hours. The tv service was also down. „We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. „Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely!
