„Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! “

„We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year “

„Lovely apartment in a good location not too far from the city centre and the shops and bars in Magdalen Road just round the corner are great. We had a few issues with the timing of the heating, the light in bathroom and a bit of uncertainty over parking which we have raised with the host and will hopefully be resolved. Overall these did not spoil our few days here and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Exeter“

Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely.“

„Nette, großzügige Wohnung,mit integrierter Parkmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Nachteil ist das,wenn auch sehr nette, Frühstücksrestaurant im EG, man hört,wenn morgens im Restaurant die Angestellten kommen,das ist recht laut und man riecht alles was unten gebruzzelt wird, besonders den Bacon. Wenn man im Urlaub nicht ganz so früh aufstehen möchte,ist das eher unangenehm.“
