„The house was fantastic. Very well equipped and the younger boys loved the bunk bed room (especially the tv in their room). The town centre is easily accessible from the house and so is open walking space. Lovely beaches within easy reach and breakfast or lunch at the Guardhouse Café on Berry Head is a must. The owner was great. Fantastic communication and a lovely selection of goodies on arrival. Highly recommended this property.“

„The property was very clean, quiet and peaceful I was grateful for the little extras which were added for a comfortable stay The only negative being there were no blinds or covering to the doors which made me feel very vulnerable at nights being an eighty year old female travelling alone!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rock Pipit Lodge. The accommodation has been really tastefully decorated, has everything you need, and is very comfortable and cosy. The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay ...

„Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. It's position on the South West Coast path meant access to some lovely walks. We were disappointed to find a large caravan park opposite which wasn't mentioned in the property details and the bin ...

„Perfect property for our family holiday. Ideal size and didn't feel like we were ever ontop of each other, apart from maybe in the kitchen. The walk up amd down the hill was a but much for both mithers in their 70's. “

„What can we say other than “absolutely fabulous “. The house is amazing with beautiful views and facilities. Every bedroom is a good size so no one felt disadvantaged . The pool is perfect and beautifully warm . A big advantage is the local pub where we enjoyed a wonderful Sunday Roast . We felt very privileged to stay here and will visit again .“

„A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. “

„Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay.“
