There are lots of epic restaurants and bars in the area and lovely communal parks to enjoy a nice walk. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. There's a very large mall 5mins away also.

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor so those who are scared of heights need not to worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, child's play area and pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
With an open plan living space complete with WIFI and smart T.V.! You'll also love the large terrace and the city views, great to enjoy the morning coffee.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.
You also have a private car parking space and there is a large supermarket also within walking distance as well as other useful shops. The famous FIVE Hotel can be found 5/10 mins walk away which offers a large variety of bars and restaurants.

The Neighborhood:
Apartments and villas in Jumeirah Village Circle Dubai offer the city’s large population an unusual combination of urban living options in a village setting. SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.
COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item
FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of 150AED
ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).
LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
