„No exterior lights on the building. Awful indoor paint in my room. Crumbling walls. Torn carpet. Good towels. Hot hot water.“

„The only thing that was good was the check-in. But they “forgot” to inform us that the house keeping didn‘t exist or function. In four days none serviced our room, the hallways where dirty, floors, bathroom everything. When we needed something like toilet paper or clean towels we need to get it ourself…. A hick up is OK, but not for 4 days!“

„Clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff The location of the Hotel is also very good. Short distances for shopping goods and food.The breakfast is quite good. Never had a problem to find a parking lot or to get away from the Hotel because of heavy traffic. “

„I love staying at this hotel for many reasons. The only complaint I have is that the facility as a whole has such a strong chemical smell from the cleaning agents. While I appreciate the cleanliness of this hotel, the smell takes much away from the otherwise high end amenities. It would be great if the Inn could start having a signature scent like the Westin and other great hotels that smells great and welcoming. The cleaning smell is, although suggesting a clean environment is a turn off ...

„Cleanliness and friendliness of the employees were awesome. Proximity to campus was unbeatable as well. Just a bit weird in terms of zoning around the hotel.“

„Hotel was ok for the price. You cannot expect the Hilton for these prices! The room was clean and the staff was nice. It would have been nice to have had more than instant coffee for breakfast. I am not sure I would stay there again as there are, for a small price more, other budget hotels that I think are better and at least provide breakfast. “

„Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang, hilfsbereit und nicht kleinlich, da ich vor dem regulären Check-in Termin ankam. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber, die Lösung mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer finde ich sehr günstig. Kühlschrank und eine Küche mit Geschirr sind auch recht hilfreich. Das Frühstück entspricht üblichem amerikanischen Standard.“

„We didn’t stay - we left after seeing and smelling the room. The bed-linen were far from clean.“

„When we pulled up I was incredibly disappointed. From the outside the hotel looks dated and is not located on a nicer street although it's close to ND so that's good. Inside some of the areas also looked dated. However they are remodeling so our room was great and clean and our bed very comfortable. I'm not sure it'll be worth the price for a football weekend but we felt it was reasonable for our night.“
