„we have a lovely time, communicaiton was good, the property was nice, there was an extra snug at the back of the garden, great for teens. We had all we needed to stay, the communal area was very nice, there is a patio and garden too. We were able to park with 2 cars. It was only a few minutes walk from the shop and from the riverfront.“

„We liked the cottage very much. It was cosy and had a wonderful view to the River Colne. We found everything we needed. We had 2 trips to London, 1 trip to Flatford Mill, to Wivenhoe, the beach of Mersea Island , to Cudmore Grove and we visited our Englisch friends in West Mersea. It was a great adventure, even our grandchildren loved it.“

„Not very good at all. The house is advertised as 5 bedrooms, it isn’t. It is a 3 bedroom house that has single beds placed in rooms off the bedrooms ( totally impractical if you are not all family) and even then not ideal. I chose the property based on location and primary information given. Internet was useless, absolutely zero phone signal. Do not book if you actually looking for more than 3 bedrooms. “
