„Weekend getaway with family. Great location with beach just right up the road. Not far from things we planned to do. House was very clean and spacious with great amenities and cool decorations. We enjoyed the dock and loved the back porch. We’ll definitely return! “

„Kathys cove is ideal located for all area attractions from Shell Point to historic St Marks. Plenty of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and amble porch space front and rear. Anyone wishing to visit this area of Wakulla county I would highly recommend“

„The cottage was just as advertised. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. Great local restaurants but a bit of a drive to get groceries. We were able to park our RV in the long driveway, and our pups loved the big yard. Lots of birds to watch and even had a dolphin swim by. The sunsets were incredible! Thanks for a nice couple of weeks. “

„Das Cottage war sehr sauber und sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Kevin war sehr gut. Wir haben sehr viele tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Cottage lag sehr günstig, um zum wakulla spring national Park und nach Tallahassee zu fahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Cottage nur weiterempfehlen.“

„We really enjoyed our short stay (3 nights). The house offers everything you need. It is a very quiet area and you only have a few neighbors around you. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we couldn't really explore the area.“

„FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THE EXTRA LARGE PORCH, FOR OUR VIEWING PLEASURE OF THE OCEAN FRONT. THE PORCH WAS LIKED BY ALL : WIFE AND DOG. THEN ENTER A SPACIOUS OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE, EXCEPTIONLY CLEANED AND DECORATED, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILED ITEM NEEDED, TO INCLUDE A QUIET RELAXING TRIP. THE HOST WAS TOP NOTCH, AND VERY THOUGHTFUL TO DETAIL . THE STAY WAS ACCOMMODATING FROM HOST TO THE COTTAGE.“

„We found the space lovely and suited to our needs. The one thing we didn’t like and it would affect us renting again is that there wasn’t even one extra blanket in the house. It was very cold for us Soutb Floridians (in the 20s the night we stayed ) and there was not one extra linen in the entire house . It was a very cold sleeping night as the blankets on the bed were thin. “
