„I stayed here with my husband, in-laws, and our dog and had plenty of space to enjoy our weekend! We cooked a couple of meals and were close enough to our favorite casino for a night out. The hosts were very communicative and reached out prior to us arriving to let us know how to reach them in an emergency. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and the yard being fenced in for our dog was awesome!“

„My friend and I brought our kids for a spring break get away. We loved having extra room to spread out! We enjoyed being about 30 mins from downtown. Our youngest child was 2, and we were thankful she’s completely fine on steps, as there are a lot! We enjoyed having a big kitchen and dining room to have family dinners at the end of our days. “

„The nighttime view from the master bedroom was fantastic! Cuddling with the wife and looking at the night lights of the city was beautiful. The view from the rooftop was also wonderful. Hanging out and looking over the city while chatting with friends was a good time. “

„We chose this house as it could accommodate 8 ladies for the night. We were able to prepare a full steak dinner with the kitchen supplies. So much room in this home and many bathrooms! It was perfect for our weekend.“

„There were 5 of us who all brought sewing machines to set up. We used the living room as our sewing room and set up our cutting station in the foyer. Ironing board and design board set up in the dining room. We appreciated having the downstairs bathroom. Even with the rain, sleet and snow we were cozy, sewing away in our farmhouse.“

„To start, the lodge itself was gorgeous. The property, the amenities within, the layout, decorations/ambience were great. We stayed over the holidays and appreciated the thoughtful seasonal decor. You can tell the owner cares about the experience, with nice instructions explaining the house and how to leverage everything it offers!On top of all that, the owner is phenomenal. „My wife and I were in town for business. We wanted a place close to downtown Overland Park and with easy access to the airport. This house was perfect. A quick 30 minute drive to airport and downtown was a few minutes walk away. We also used this location to drive around Johnson County looking for permanent housing for our future move to the area. Everything was as explained, we will stay again!!!!“

„On our way home, we decided to stop in Kansas City for the night and visit a few local attractions. We chose this apartment for an overnight stay, and it was amazing. Yes there are many stairs to climb, but once you have your luggage upstairs it was no big deal. And it was very easy to get to other attraction from this location. Next time I’m in Kansas City I definitely plan to stay here again.“

Historisches Hotel in zentraler Lage

"Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil unerträglich. Sowohl unfreundlich als auch unprofessionell. (Mit Ausnahme einzelner Mitarbeiter tagsüber)."
