„Es wird nur auf Anfrage das Zimmer gereinigt - der Umwelt zuliebe. Aber wenn man 4 oder 3 tage vor Abreise steht, dann wird die Anfrage einfach ignoriert. Auf Nachfrage wird einem dann mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer von Gästen, die in den nächsten Tagen abreisen meist nicht mehr gereinigt werden. “
