Kelly has done a great job of maintaining all of it's original character but with all modern amenities. It was well stocked with things such as spices, coffee filters, etc. And Kelly left us a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers! „4 adults, 6 kids (ages 15-8)What an amazing house! Across the street from the Red Bar and short walking distance to the beach. Rooms are very nice sized and the multiple washers and dryers were a big plus! So many areas to sit outside and hang out. The agents were always quick to respond via text or phone. The beach has been privatized so we did struggle a little with beach services, there is an exclusive chair company (that did a great job) but had to figure out SUP boards and kayaks differently than we have in the past.“

„We thought it looked great when we first saw the property on VRBO. Reminded us of a time long ago (in the 80's) when we vacationed in Grayton Beach. We were delighted when we walked in the door. The house and neighborhood are exactly as described - Old Florida Vibe. The house was comfortable, cozy, great size for the 2 of us but can accommodate more. „A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent.
