„Great view of the gulf! House was clean with the exception of a dead palmetto bug in vent above dining table (no tools so still there). No other bugs inside, however, the small black ants were crazy by the pool, trash can area and parking area. Quite a few in rental vehicle on way back. The owner needs to fix the entry door because when it rained a lot, it flooded when we opened the door. Lastly, the gate into the pool by water faucet in parking area would not lock. „We had a group of 4 couples and stayed in the East side of the duplex. First of all, this beach area is a rare find as it is a private beach of houses surrounded by state park beaches, so very little crowds. The walk from the house down to the water is super easy and the beach and water are beautiful as expected on the Emerald Coast. Secondly, the house looks exactly like the pictures!
