„A large, lovely home nestled in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from the beach. Large bedrooms and bathrooms and big porches on each level. So helpful to have a beach umbrella and beach chairs to use. If you stay here, you may need to pick up a roll of paper towels, napkins, and make sure to bring your own laundry detergent. „What can I say about this property wow. It lived up to all the expectations with great location and all the amenities wrapped up in one package. Short walk to the beach or out the back door to the pool lets say we had options. Plenty of accommodations for our entire party of 10 adults. The pool house is a cozy and neat addition. It has a wonderful sleepy West Coast beach house aesthetic, is surprisingly spacious, and is laid out for gatherings and good hangs. „This bungalow in the heart of Grayton was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. The home was absolutely spotless and the old world southern beach town charm was perfect for a relaxing weekend. I took several pics to use when we build our retirement house. „We had a group of 4 couples and stayed in the East side of the duplex. First of all, this beach area is a rare find as it is a private beach of houses surrounded by state park beaches, so very little crowds. The walk from the house down to the water is super easy and the beach and water are beautiful as expected on the Emerald Coast. Secondly, the house looks exactly like the pictures!
