„This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property.. “

„Great location in Santa Rosa! The beach is across the street and easy access. Shops are located on first floor with coffee and shopping. Shunk Gulley is across the street with delicious food and drinks. Parking was never a problem. I wished there had been chairs on the balcony to have morning coffee. The bed was very comfy! “

„The space was functional and nice. The bathroom would benefit from a fan as the moisture has rusted items and is swelling. This doesn’t impact the stay but just is inconsistent with the rest of the room being recently renovated. The air works great and so does the fan!“

„My husband and I enjoyed staying in this condo on a recent anniversary trip to Florida. It’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, and communication with the owner was excellent. And it’s in a great location. We highly recommend this property for two persons. The bathroom opens to the living are/ kitchen and there is no door on the bedroom area, so there is little privacy for more than two. “

„This place was wonderful – just like the online description and the location could not have been better! Very clean and terrific amenities! The only feedback might be the instructions provided – they could be a little more specific to the place, for example there’s no parking pass required for the property, but the instructions state that you would be towed if you don’t have a parking pass. There is also no washer/dryer, but instructions stay to put the bedding into the washing machine. Other ...

„Everything about our stay was perfect. The host was communicative and kind. The location can’t be beat - in the heart of Seacrest, walkable to Rosemary and Alys, and a short drive from Seaside and Panama City Beach. The decor was adorable and coastal. It’s also one of the only studios with a balcony in the building which was a total bonus. Would absolutely stay again! “
