„The location of this property is great. Short walk to both town center as well as the beach. The house is clean and well equipped, but the spiral staircase can feel a bit narrow/dangerous when carrying large items up and down the stairs. It may not be great for families with very young kids. Only real complaint was communication related to adding pool passes. The instructions say to call, but no one seemed to know what I was talking about or how to add them. „We’ve never been to 30A area and this was perfect. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Safe neighborhood walking around at night. Every house nearby looked like vacation rentals. The house was clean, stocked with essentials, and had enough space for everyone. We definitely would stay here again. “

„The house was everything that it claimed to be. Very nice furnishings and fixtures. The pool (opted to heat for the week 3.8.25-3.14.25) was great! A couple missing little things like extra TP and dishwasher soap would be the only critique. “

„3 families with older teens stayed here and was perfect. Great spaces with plenty of seating indoor and out, and great bedrooms. Nice large kitchen and carriage house and decorated nicely. Porches everywhere, huge outdoor fireplace, which would be nice in cooler months. So nice that it came with bikes. Would like a better microwave and wish the pool were a bit bigger since there is so much outdoor space, but those are minor. „Beautiful house in Blue Mountain Beach. Wonderful location; quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool as the weather was somewhere that we spent everyday at the beach. House is well equipped for anything you could want and need! Love the convenience of having the 4 bikes that come with house rental, and I highly recommend adding the golf cart onto your rental. The house is too far from the beach to not need it! RealJoy , the management service, was very communicative and easy To get in touch ...
