„This is a clean, spacious property with a great view and attractive furnishings. Upon arrival we noticed a minor concern and Rauel immediately came and fixed it. Otherwise we had no issues and just enjoyed being in such a comfortable place. The trip to downtown Hilo is easy; the owners' recommendations that we followed were spot on. We would not hesitate to come again or recommend a stay to others.“

„This house was our perfect getaway! Amazing views, clean, quiet and the kitchen had everything and then some! Garage was full of beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear! Would come here again in a heartbeat! “

„Everything was easy for check-in and super close to everything we wanted to explore, which was super important for us with little kids. There were only a couple little issues we had. One was that in the bedrooms it did get quite warm, the ac unit is in the living room area and it definitely pushes air out and keeps that area super cold. „The hosts were fantastic and always responded timely to all questions. They asked numerous times if we needed anything. A couple minor issues with a couple lights and their maintenance person came to fix within a day.We prepare most of our meals while at a VRBO. The kitchen was very limited on baking dishes, saucepans, glasses, cooking utensils. „Our family truly enjoyed living in this unique bungalow! Although not far from Hilo, it is very secluded and offers a unique feeling of living right in the rainforest. We loved the open screened space and all the sounds of the forest. The bungalow is very comfortable, clean and equipped with various amenities. „ Nice Room Friendly Staff super lacation and good parking - there are often many locals at the pool, which are very loud. As a tourist you feel out of place. - Everybody is given a plastic box and plastic cutlery for breakfest. “

„Booked a room with a view and checking in i got a room offered in third floor, however without an elevator. Due to a bad back and heavy baggage i decided not to take the room and go for another hotel and got full refund. So service was very good (yvonne) but the lack of an elevator could have been mentioned in the room description. “

"On the first look the room was clean and it looked quite nice but the floor was not really clean and the blanket I had to sleep on had a few stains on it. Also my neighbours threw a big party in the next room and were really loud with a lots of people and they also stole a car. And if theres no party you hear everything your neighbours do and I mean „everything“. The wifi in my room was also non existent. But on the good side the room had some free snacks and it‘s located in a Beautiful spots and the most people living there are nice. Apart from the stains on the blanket and the crumps on the floor the room was clean and I‘m sure it was just bad timing that the party was during my stay. For eating there you have to buy yourself something or order delivery which is ultra expensive there. "

"Die Unterkunft ist wie man sich ein typisch hawaiianisches Hotel vorstellt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. So wie wir gesehen haben, renovieren sie laufend Zimmer. Sehr schöner wilder Garten, in welchem man sich gerne aufhält. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfaches Frühstück. Obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist, hat es ein Plätzchen im Garten wo geraucht werden darf. "
