„Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Das Personal war durchweg nett und hilfsbereit. Wie haben dort sehr gut zu Abend gegessen. Das Frühstück war super. Abzug gibt es nur dafür, dass es keinen Aufzug gab und das Tragen der Koffer die Treppen hoch doch mühselig war.“

„The Douglas Hotel auf der Isle of Arran ist ein luxuriöses Hotel und liegt direkt an der Küste in Brodick, nur durch die Küstenstraße vom Meer getrennt. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und der Fähranleger ist vis-a-vis. Das Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Das Interieur des Hotels hat ein tolles Ambiente und auch die Stoffe ( Bettwäsche, Vorhänge etc. ) sind sehr luxuriös. Die Badezimmer sind sehr groß, was für schottische Verhältnisse eher ungewohnt ist. ...

„We had a really lovely stay at Dunvegan house. The lady running the house is super nice and the breakfast is really good. Also the atmosphere is really lovely there and it's just a small hop from the ferry. Really recommend to visit the garden of the castle and do some hikes around there.“

„Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. “

„It was in the middle of renovation (in high season) the reception was a mess, in my room the floor was not cleaned properly and it was missing a light bulb in one light, the main light switch was well concealed behind a curtain behind the wardrobe and took some finding. Access to my room was from a path open to the street and the means of locking it unfamiliar so the first day I had to leave it open. When I eventually saw the helpful room service lady, who was there for three hours every day so ...

„Clean and tidy room. had everything you could need but no staff on site during our stay and would stay again. no breakfast offer (obviously as no staff) but all else was good and would stay again. Good location for town shops etc.“
