„Was one of the worst hostel experience we had in a while. Really don’t understand the rating of this hostel. Experiences we would like to share: -grumpy check in -nearly insulting us as we asked for tipps to see the city -dirty bed sheets and towels (were also damp) -room 303 is absolutely the worst as it has a boiler or something in it. Meaning as soon as anyone uses water you will be woken up through a loud noise -mold on the walls, directly next to the bed, where you will be breathing it in ...

„Nie wieder! Das Zimmer war dreckig, besonders das Bad. Man konnte kaum auf der Toilette Platz nehmen und musste drüber steigen zum Duschen. Der Putz kam von der Decke und das Bettzeug war befleckt und mit Löchern. Direkt vor unserer Tür war die Waschmaschine und es wurde von 9 Uhr morgens an gewaschen bzw. Noch um 23 Uhr die Waschmaschine genutzt. Direkt gegenüber der schmalen Straße war die afterhour sports bar und die Terrasse der Casa Santurce wurde auch als Sitzgelegenheit von den Gästen ...

„Die Idee der Unterkunft eine alte Eisfabrik umzubauen ist toll, leider nicht gut umgesetzt. Von außen schaut das Hostel/Hotel schön aus. Wir wurden aber schon direkt zu Beginn von der Taxifahrerin gewarnt, dass man in der Umgebung nachts nicht rumlaufen sollte (zu gefährlich). Im Hotel fühlt man sich durch den Sicherheitsdienst am Tor immerhin sicher. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, mich hat das Zimmer an eine dunkle Garage erinnert, vor allem der Betonboden im Zimmer! hat das ganze ungemütlich ...

„Jeder weiß, dass Antigua teuer ist, aber hier ist die Gegenleistung eine Katastrophe. Fast 80$ für ein 6 qm Zimmer ohne WC mit einem viel zu großem Ventilator. Entweder das Doppelte für eine anständige Unterkunft oder zu Hause bleiben.“

„Had a hard time finding the property with google maps, as it’s kinda hidden with just a blank green door with a door bell camera. 10min walk from the beach and great restaurants and bars, overall very good, not disappointed, at night there is lots of honking and you can hear everything. You can even hear a conversation from the ground to the second floor where the rooms are.“
