„We spent a week in March 2025 in this new renovated villa. This small villa is like a simple cottage. The villa is located on the grounds of Hideaways Beach Resort at Palm Bay. This villa is privately owned and does not belong to this resort. From the villa to the sandy beach it's only a few steps. Unfortunately, you can only use the Hideaways Resort's pool for a fee. „This property is amazing! We had 14 people stay (7 adults and 7 kids) and we were never cramped. The open living room, kitchen, dining area was a great place to hang out, but then we could escape to our room for privacy. The pool area was very nice and the kids lived in the pool. The house is 3 blocks from a beautiful beach which was an easy walk. They provided beach chairs but you can also rent chairs and umbrellas right at the beach. If we return to San Juan, we will book again! “

„Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you! “

„I loved everything about our stay. The rooms where spotless and beds super comfortable. The AC works perfectly and cools down the room within seconds! The whole place is powered by solar energy, which is amazingly sufficient. Adam was an amazing host and accommodated all our requests and questions immediately. The Mofongo restaurant recommendation was next level! Thank you Adam! “

„Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!“

"Hotel in the center, on the main street. Location sensational. Only at night very noisy, because you can hear everything. The hotel is old and dirty. Reception only until 1am Once they changed the access code to the hotel and did not notify me. I stood at the door at night and no one answered the phone. I wouldn't have responded a second time. "

"Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Vergrgrößerungsspiegel im Bad ohne Stromanschluss. Gehört an die Wand, nicht auf den Waschtisch. Leider typisch amerikanisches Bettzeug. Kein Cover für Federbett , sondern nur einzelne Laken! Jeden Tag Chaos im Bett, außer man bewegt sich überhaupt nicht. Matratzen sehr gut."

"Historisches Hotel, vollkommen renoviert im kolonialen Stil. Englische Bar und Restaurant im EG, schöne Eingangshalle. Aufgrund des klassischen Gebäudes haben die Zimmer keinen Balkon - aber man hat einen guten Blick aus den Fenster n auf die Kreuzfahrtschiffe, die im Hafen wenden und anlegen. Kleiner Privatstrand, beim Schnorcheln kann man Schildkröten beobachten. Direkt im Zentrum von Nassau."
