„Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. „Amazing accommodation!! This place exceeded our expectations!! It was very spacious and had so many amenities. The foot bath and onsen style bath were fantastic especially with the cold weather we experienced. They had a tv and projector too. The location was super close to the train station too- bit difficult to walk along the busy windy main road but all in all great place. We definitely plan on returning“

„Very dated hotel with questionable cleanliness (plenty of hair in the floor in ladies changing room, weird yellow spots on the carpet across all room, etc.) but spacious room with beautiful hot water onsen - both huge indoor and outdoor area. Stayed one night in May 2025. Acceptable for one time due to busyness’s (golden week weekend) and last minute booking, but otherwise will not recommend and won’t come back. „Das Hotel ist von der Bushaltestelle aus gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer im japanischen Stil sind gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Auch wenn das Hotel vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist, hat es definitiv Charme und ist eine gute Wahl. Vielen Dank “

„The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area. “

"Sehr guter Service, toller Onsen und schöne Lage am Ashi See. Ich würde jedoch nicht empfehlen mit dem Bus abzureisen, da das einem glückspiel gleicht ob der kommt oder nicht. Das Hotel ist für mich ein must visit auf jedem Trip in die hakone Region. "
