„Location is great. Facilities are great. Front desk great. Felt that hot water did not last sufficiently long for a family of 4. Had golf cart parked on our parking space and when we tried driving around it to get to our unit we scratched car on the hedges which is unfortunate as it is a rental car. Some issues with bugs getting into the house which we had to remove as one of the members in our family was bug phobic. “

I told the front desk; they said they would look into it; but nothing was done. In addition, the TV didn’t work on the third day that we were there. „There was no WiFi “

„separate hous in closed community - very safe. Own cenote to swim. Fresh towels every day. It was difficult to get check in instructions, but managed after few inquiries. No hot water in the kitchen, but ok.“
