„Me and my family love this beach cottage! We had rented it back in 2018 and had a great time so we returned this year and will return again in the future. The cottage is right on the sand, 2 blocks down from the boardwalk, so you can easily walk or ride a bike to get to the pier or any of the many shops and restaurants. The only issues we had were: 1. The owner showed up and walked right into the apartment, where my daughter and grand children were getting ready for lunch, without knocking or ...

„Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids.“

We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. „We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean with plenty of enough linens and towels. We loved having 2 bikes and beach chairs in the garage saved us from having to rent. Host was responsive when I had a few questions and took care of my needs right away. I would recommend to anyone that wants a quick get away it is close to the beach and right across the street from the store which makes getting food back to the house easy.
