„A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. “

„My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed ...

„Stayed here for a week and the location couldn’t be more perfect! Easy walk to the balboa pier and beach as well as the harbor which hosted cute shops, fun zone, whale watching and our favorite breakfast place! We ended up having to extend our trip due to a cancelled flight and the host was super easy to reach and very accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!“
