Host kept in close contact and was very supportive. The room fit our needs pefectly, i.e., it's a studio apartment with full bath and small kitchen area. „The hosts are very personable and kind. Having easy access to the Duffy was wonderful for the boat parade. The Duffy is clean and ready to go at any time during your stay. It can seat up to 12 people.The unit is very clean and well appointed. It is upstairs with a street view, but the hosts give full access to the beautiful patio directly on the water. „Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. „Stayed here for a short weekend with my husband and two friends. The house was perfect for what we needed. The house was immaculately clean, had just enough space for the four of us, and the location couldn't be beat. We especially loved the front porch area with seating and a view of the ocean. Walking distance to many restaurants and of course, the beach! Highly recommend. “

"Nett aber unglaublich teuer (über 500$/Nacht) dafür, dass im Endeffekt keinerlei Service geboten wird.. kein Roomservice, keine liegen am Strand, Kinderaktivitäten kosten extra, leihen von Strandutensilien (Schirm, Stuhl, Spielzeug etc) kostet extra, leihen von Sportgeräten auf dem Hotel complex kostet extra, Handtuch Tausch kostet extra, Handtuch Verlust kostet extra...Pool etwas kühl, etc etc "

"Tolles Hotel in guter Lage. Leider waren unsere Zimmer direkt an einer befahrenen Straße. Concierge und Bell desk waren super nett und sehr freundlich. Leider war die Freundlichkeit in der Rezeption unterirdisch. Ich habe selten ein so arrogantes Verhalten erlebt. Schade."

"Die Unterkunft ist nah am Strand gelegen und hat verhältnismäßig preiswerte Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein (schmal) und leider waren auch einige Haare an den Handtüchern, ansonsten war es aber sauber. Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße ist, ist es aber relativ laut - die Klimaanlage aber leider auch."
