„Very inflexible. We had a booking and our daughter got sick and was in hospital for a week. We tried twice to request a postponement of one week via the Hotels.com customer service. After several days of no response, we called the accommodation directly. We asked if we could postpone the booking by 1 week as they showed availability during that time at the same price but hey refused and charged us 100% for no show saying that the booking could not be cancelled. Very bad customer service.“

„Late Checkin kein Problem, ich bekam auch eine Email was ich dann machen soll. Zimmer komplett neu, sehr sauber, groß, komfortabel und modern. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt absolut. Das Motel ist zudem das günstigste in der Umgebung! Wir haben zuerst nur eine Übernachtung gebucht und haben uns spontan für eine weitere entschieden.“

„Musste 15min. warten bis sie die Reservierung gefunden hat, ich mit 2 Krücken am warten. Musste Koffer selber ins Zimmer und zum Auto rollen, sie sahen mich, aber fragten mich nicht!“

„This was a prefect weekend for us. Love the cabin and the area of Kin Kin and Pomona. Host is amazing and so accommodating. We felt nourished and at home here. Love the outside bath under the stars!!“

„Kylie was an amazing host - she made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The beds/bedding provided were clean and plush, and the kitchen was fully stocked so we could bring our own groceries and cook during our stay. She even recommended us to visit a nearby farm where we could pet and feed some camels, llamas, sheep, and hyland cows. That and being in and around nature was the highlight of our trip. Thanks again, Kylie, we can’t wait to come back.“

„We loved our stay, the cabin (1) is just perfect, everything you need for relaxing and enjoying nature, so quiet and tranquil. Nonie and John have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay. Will stay longer next time. Our only disappointment was, Bingo didn't come for a visit! (Resident dog)“
