„We were staying for my father’s funeral at no point was this mentioned to the staff. At every turn the staff was friendly, attentive and efficient. Duke at the front desk made check-in a breeze and had a great manner with children which was a welcome surprise for a mama wrangling 3 kids and weary from travel. If they ran out of something at breakfast at no time did I experience annoyance from the staff at being asked if more of a certain item was coming out. They simply said yes and refilled ...

„It was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this to anyone. Ferry right there to go to Norfolk, Courteous Staff, Spacious rooms, walk in closets. Pools, Pool Tables, Chat Room, Computers, Laundry on each floor, dishwasher. Everything was beyond my expectations. I stayed for one week, and wish I could have stayed a month. The two bedrooms two baths looks like two separated apartments. You will fall in love with this place. I stayed in many places and thought they were great, but by far ...

„We enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were in town for a dance competition at the Va Beach Convention Center which wasn't far from the hotel. We needed more towels for the room. Nicole the housekeeper was efficient and got us our towels and got ice as it was in another floor. Top Tier Service. We will stay again if every in town. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. “
