„Unfortunately our room was right next to the backyard on the first floor, next to the lobby. It was very loud at night as people walked by at the window partying. We heard every word as they would stand right next to our bed. Also inside the hotel there was a lot of noise. We barely got any sleep. The tv didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed by the staff. „Stayed here for a girls trip. We were a group of 11. Most of the beds are doubles so probably can’t actually sleep 12 unless you’re a kid or on the smaller side. That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! „Quick 2-night stay, couldn’t have been more comfortable. Ocean Beach (town) has everything (one would need for a Fire Island stay), yet the house is beautifully secluded away from it all.
