„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„We loved our stay here when visiting our son for the weekend. The area is great with a ton of dining options and the room was really nice. We definitely plan to come back the next time we are in town. Really the only thing we might have changed is the amount of chlorine in the pool and hot tub. The water in the pool was pretty chilly, but refreshing and the hot tub was nice to relax in, but the chlorine smell was pretty strong and we all had some level of reaction after spending time there each ...

„Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfy and pillows amazing. Food at The Kitchen was tasty. There are great restaurants within walking distance, too. The Skywalk from the hotel was convenient for getting to Van Andel and we were surprised how many things you could access from it. We will definitely be back to this hotel!“
