„Please don't go by the pictures, they are just of the bedroom and kitchen. The rest is like living in the roughest neighborhoods of Uk. There's dirty nappies, old carpets, rubbish & mattresses, all across the street. Most of the properties there are boarded up. There's NO parking. The property management didn't have our place ready until 7pm on the day of arrival. We had to sit in our car to wait for them. We had driven 6 hours, from the south. „The staff were all wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The lady who was on the night time reception was just amazing! Because of the staff, I would book again. Yes, the hotel badly needs refurbished, but renovations were being done. I look forward to seeing the place when they are completed. Breakfast was good. “
