„Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. „Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.“

„It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. “
