„Sand and Sandals war mal eine Top-Adresse in der unmittelbarer Nähe von Singapur, die mit der Changi-Fähre schnell zu erreichen ist. Vor wenigen Jahren Top-renoviert, ist der Verfall bereits sichtbar. Dies bei deutlich gestiegenen Preisen! Schade!“

„The hotel is clean and comfortable and although there were some hiccups here and there, the staff was very friendly, fast, efficient and full of empathy when we voiced out for help multiple times regardless of the time. They made sure that we felt well taken care of and that our concerns were valid and valued throughout the entire stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to revisit Desaru in the future! “

„Top Hotel an sehr schöner Location. Grosser Sandstrand aber steinig in Küstennähe. Die Zimmer mit kleinem privaten Pool sind super. Morgenessen mit grosser Auswahl und top Qualität. Abendessen mit limitierter Auswahl und auf der teureren Seite. Aber der Küchenchef ist offen für individuelle Wünsche. Wer Privacy geniessen will ist hier am richtigen Ort. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei schöne Golfplätze in der Nähe.“

„Loved that the area does not have so many people and it is so convenient to get to the beach. The swinging chairs outside the beach were so cozy especially when the tide was high at night and we could not go into the beach. The splash of waters over the walls were exciting to watch at night. Room a little small and nighttime dinner celebrations a little loud, interrupting rest time. Food was very delicious and it was beautiful to overlook the beach during breakfast.“

„The location is far from beach which need 15 minutes drive to beach but it's nearby main road to find food so you don't need to worry midnight craving for food. The towels were smelly so better bring your own towel. Overall is house is big enough to cater a big family and relative but not suitable for small family like 3 - 5 person.“

„The accommodation is okay because it is quite new. You must be willing to stay near next to RAPID Petronas, not sure about air quality there. Location is not easy to find. No amenities nearby. TV channels mostly in malay. Wifi is intermittent. “
