I was a little disappointed as i had called the day before to ask for an upgraded room (willing to pay) was told it was sorted but ended up with standard room. „The quality of the property, particularly the downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, is a bit shabby - feels more like a 'Home of Multiple Occupancy' than a holiday cottage. The big living space is great, though, ideal for the ten adults and 2 children in our group. „We had everything we needed, the place was amazing for entertaining. The table football was a great hit and the wood stove kept us all toasty. The station is a very short walk away where we took the train into Matlock Bath and had good fun. Would definitely recommend this house“
