„Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist die Lage, direkt in Brighton, am Strand und am Pier. Das Haus selbst wirkt von außen etwas heruntergekommen und kann auch innen hier und da eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Unser Familienzimmer in der 4. Etage bot nicht besonders viel Platz und war in die Hotelhalle gerichtet, dennoch sehr ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und für jeden war etwas dabei. „We felt welcome. WIFI could automatically be offered, instead to being asked to register yourself to become a member of the hilton Honors group to obtain WIFI for your stay. The additional/optional breakfast room (in case the main breakfast Room the 1850 is full due to peak time) could be renewed. This room needs a little makeover, tables were old and appeared dirty. Only a suggestion. Nevertheless,we had two lovely days in double tree hotel. Staff were very friendly. “

„No bedside plugs, besides the bed, the room was quite dirty with dust all over the place, sticky leftovers on the bedside tables and hair in the shower. The sink didn’t look cleaned properly as the overflow was covered in grime and lime. Housekeeping should be advices to be more into detail and less into fast cleaning. Besides that, it was a very nice stay with easy access to the train station as well as the complete town“
