„We enjoyed the Chateau Arenal very much. If I could add a 1/2 star I would do so. It has a beautiful view, the pool and hot tub are lovely, the food is good and interesting, the drinks are delicious and the people are all amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. My only slightly negative comment is the remote location. While we enjoyed ourselves and loved the view, it was quite a drive to get anywhere.“

„Amazing volcano view cabin within walking distance of many attractions like kayaking and bike rentals! The drive way is a bit steep, but over all easy to get to and driving distance to many Costa Rica classic destinations like La Fortuna waterfall, hot springs, and the Arenal volcano.“

„Property was fantastic, beautiful view and garden and pool. Place was well looked after and clean, hosts were great. Town was friendly with decent places to eat. Butterfly sanctuary is a must. Really enjoyed waking up everymorning to the sounds of birds and view of the volcano“

„We stayed here in 2019 as well. Incredible views of Lake Arenal, volcano and jungle with howler monkeys and beautiful birds. We love the Eagle's Nest for a morning coffee and just to enjoy the view. 30 minutes from La Fortuna and 5 minutes from 3 nice restaurants and markets. Will go back again in the future. “
