„Lovely night at The Talbot as we were at an event at The Cook’s Place. The room was bright, airy and spacious, and staff all willing to help. Breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely choose to stay again.“

„Fantastic overnight stay in the Bollinger room - with the most comfortable bed imaginable. We ate in the pub in the evening and got talking to the owner about Huddersfield pigeons and their (lack of) merits. Food brilliant - we chose a chicken and a lamb dish. Beautiful. Mediterranean cheesecake - pesto jus with olives and roasted tomatoesit it was not. Turns out it was Dark Fruit Berries !!! Super flavour. And sticky toffee pudding to die for ! Lovely breakfast in the morning. Plenty ...

„Overall good. Beautiful room and hotel. Room very hot though and unfortunately the hotel staff couldn't fix the problem. It was 24 degrees permanently. We had to leave the wondow open and the duvet off. Beautiful food in the restaurant in the evening. Breakfast ok, nothing special. “

„I have tried to contact you several times...the host informed me that they asked you to remove their property from your site several times...this was after i booked it...i then had to book thru a different site,so basically paid twice...i would like a full refund from yourselves...its completely unacceptable that you cant be contacted about this... absolutely disgusted with your site and service and i would recommend that nobody uses your site for any trips!!!“

„We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday for my partners birthday and last little break away before our little boy is due! The most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever been too, very much needed. The owners & staff couldn’t of be nicer, so welcoming and friendly. The dome was unreal and the bed was unbelievably comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! The weather was cloudy for most of our stay but it didn’t matter, we still managed to have a BBQ which was great! Amazing views ...

„The little lodge was immaculate and kept to a high standard. Hot tub was checked daily and towels and robes were available in the lodge. Little touches of Prosecco and cake were appreciated. Lovely little and private site which was to our liking. You need a car to get around but pub on site which is open at a weekend.. perfect getaway “
