„The property was beautiful and well taken care of. My room was clean and big. Plenty to do for family and kids. The few drawbacks were that our room was only serviced twice over 7 days, each bar has 1 bartender which makes drink service extremely slow with all of the frozen drinks and mojitos being made, and the wait for the tram & ferry to Palomino Island. All in all it was a good resort and we enjoyed our stay.“

„The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though.“

„We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. "Frisch renoviertes Hotel. Man gibt sich viel Mühe mit der Umgebung des Hotels. Der Pool und die Terasse gegen das Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas einfach ausgestattet und dürfte mehr Lampen haben (warum z.B. hat nur ein Nachttisch eine Lampe?) aber wir haben gut geschlafen. In Fussweite gibt es Strände und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Informationen für den Check-In dürften früher kommen, weil ausländische Gäste nicht immer Roaming haben - Tip für neue Gäste: Das WLAN-Passwort steht bei der Reception an der Wand."

"Laut und keine Frischluft. Hotel liegt halt auch in Laufnähe zum Flughafen. Startet mal gerade kein Flugzeug so läuft tagsüber dauerhaft der Kompressor für den Dampfstrahler zum reinigen der Leihwagen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, kaum Tageslicht und Fenster öffnen geht nicht. Zimmer zum Pool sind wahrscheinlich besser. Trotzdem stimmt Preis/Leistung, die größeren Hotels in der Umgebung kosten ein Vielfaches, Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und das Personal ist super. Ohrstöpsel sind zu empfehlen. "
