„We were pleasantly surprised with Gulliver's Kingdom since we have never heard of it. For a really great price we had a lovely 2 nights in the princess-themed room with amazing views of Matlock Bath. There were activities in the evening for the kids. They absolutely loved it “

„The cottage is small, but perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is a great starting point for various trips to the surrounding area. We had a great time and would recommend it to everyone! Just one thing: the last few yards to the cottage are on a rather steep hill (hence "Hillside") and it can be a bit tricky to park your car there. You'll need to ascend the last few yards up to the cottage, but if you're reasonably fit, it shouldn't be a problem.“

„The hotel was lovely, an older building but modern decor, very large comfy bed. Really lovely attentive staff. Breakfast was great, nice and fresh and good quality. 3 minute drive into matlock bath (20 min walk). TV decided to turn on by jtself around midnight which gave us a scare 😱. Skirting boards and bedside lamps were dusty (only noticed this as we had them on rather than the 'big light') but this is the only thing i have to say on the down side. Would definatley stay again. “

„Weekend away for my partners birthday so we went for the honeymoon suite. The room has a huge bed and a huge bath which was a great surprise for the other half. The hotel was well presented and staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us both feel very welcome. Breakfast was included in the room cost and offered a good choice of continental and cooked breakfast to order. The service provided was very friendly and attentive.
