„The property was clean and had good amenities. Some of the light switches turned off the electrical outlets when you turned off the lights. The washer and dryer were so helpful. AC worked well, but was a bit loud. The location is not as close to the beach as described. Recommend renting a street legal golf cart to get around the property and go to the local stores. We spent most of our time at the beach club right on Conchal Beach. The pool is cool and clean with plenty of lounge chairs and free ...

„Enjoyed our stay. Room on top floor so view was amazing. Bedrooms are upstairs so with doors closed no sounds carried. Pool just for this complex - so for most of the days very few people - pool to our selves. Need a vehicle but parking area covered to keep it cool“

„Casa Seashell is a great rental in the Reserva Conchal property. The house is very spacious, very clean, and well appointed. The pool and grounds are also very nice.The housekeeper and gardener are there every day except Sundays and holidays. They will essentially take care of the house during your stay, and keep things very clean. They are very kind and helpful.The beach club and golf pro shop are 2 minutes by golf cart. „We enjoyed our stay at Reserva Conchal. The unit was spacious so we were comfortable having friends and family. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space was lovely. The resort is fabulous. There is much to do with the Beach Club and the Spa included with the stay. The shower pressure is weak so we sometimes opted to shower at the spa. We loved seeing monkeys why we were hanging out on the veranda. Ana responded promptly whenever we needed anything!“
