„Our family room was extremely old and run down. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere. The carpet was totally filthy. It stank horribly, so that it burned the lungs. Breakfast is only available from 8 am. As we had to get to the Eurotunnel earlier, we tried to get something to eat at 7.30 a.m., but this was not approved, although everything was already laid out and ready. The only thing to recommend is the restaurant in the evening, which unfortunately is not the point here. It's great and very tasty.“

„A very friendly and customized service. Maria called in to ask for the arrival time. The house was build in the Victorian times and has a special flair. The interior and furniture are lovely and you feel like being at home. The bed and bedclothes are great. In the morning the neighing of horses are walking you up and the wonderful cared gardens invite for a walk. The breakfast is massive and fresh made at your wishes. Located 10 minutes from Luton airport, so perfect for business travels ...
