"Great location across Houses of Parliament. It is huge and you want a room higher up in the building. It was loud an crowed in the hotel, with many Christmas Parties. Great spirit, most guest a bit to drunk for a European taste, very British ;-). "

"Das Hotel ist sauber und das Check-in, sowie Check-out sind sehr unkompliziert und einfach gemacht mit der App. Ich persönlich fand die Lage ein bisschen weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Die nächste Metro ist etwa 5-10 Minuten entfernt. Jedoch sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fuss erreichbar."

"The location downtown is perfect. One is in the middle of everything an one can reach any public transportation necessary. Its a nice, clean hotel with a 24h reception. People are friendly and helpful. The rooms are not big but you have what is necessary, a fridge, hot water boiler, cable TV, a new bathroom. The windows are quite small, so one needs electric light at daytime, but it is not realy disturbing. With the elevaters one needs patience. I will come back to this place the next time, when I visit London."
